WinDrop LITE 1.2 - Drag & drop launcher with hotkeys by Dieter Prifling 
 
This is the mini version of WinDrop, a drag & drop program launcher for 
Windows in the form of an icon bar. It lets you assign system wide hotkeys 
to your apps and has additional features, including saving the last window 
position of any program, a clock, and it can stick to the File Manager. It 
can be used as a Program Manager replacement. 
 
To find out more, run "wdrplite.exe" from the Program or File Manager. Press 
F1 for help.

To take advantage of the features provided by the full version download 
WDROP2.EXE instead.
